With over 20 years of experience in operational, team, and executive leadership roles, and an educational background which includes a decade in tertiary and vocational contexts and a Masters in Business Leadership. All of this experience has embedded a passion in him to craft engaging learning experiences that improve leadership capability and culture at every level of the organisation.
